How it works

Three steps, and the paperwork is done before the trip or work starts.

1

Write a note, not a document

Two lines about the trip is enough. The route, the gear, and the bit that actually catches people out.

2

The assistant drafts it

Chapters and sections in plain, imperative safety language. Add your own photos, maps and links, or tell the assistant to rewrite a chapter.

3

Hand over a link or a QR

Publish, then copy the link or download the QR as a PNG for the dock, the van door or the ticket desk. Guests read it on their own phone.

What you get

Everything between the idea and the sign-off.

01

An assistant that takes edits

Ask for a shorter chapter, a firmer tone or an extra warning and it rewrites in place. You stay the author.

02

Chapters, sections, photos

Structure a brief the way a briefing actually runs. Each section takes markdown, images with alt text, and a footer link.

03

Eight languages, cached

English, Spanish, French, German, Chinese, Japanese, Portuguese and Arabic — with right-to-left handled properly.

04

A link and a printable QR

Copy the share link for a confirmation email, or download the QR code as a PNG and stick it wherever guests wait.

05

Tickets your guides scan

When a guest finishes, they get a ticket QR. Scan it at boarding to mark them verified. A second scan says already verified.

06

Tenants, team and invites

Run several operations under one login, invite guides by email, and keep each tenant's briefs and readers separate.

Eight languages

Your guests read it in the language they think in.

Write once in English. Every chapter, section and photo caption is translated automatically, with formatting and links preserved.

Every translated brief carries the same footnote your lawyer would ask for: in case of discrepancy, the English version applies.

What your guests see

Three screens between a QR code and a signed-off brief.

No download, no account, no form to hand back. They pick a language, swipe through the chapters, and leave their name at the end.

Proof it happened

A read log, not a clipboard.

Every guest who finishes a brief leaves a record: their name, the moment they finished, and a ticket QR your guide scans at the gate. Scan it twice and BriefDuty tells you it has already been verified.

Questions operators actually ask

No. The brief opens in whatever browser they already have. There is no app to download and no account to create — they tap the link or scan the QR, swipe through the slides, and enter their name at the end.

Your next trip can have a proper brief by lunchtime.

Start free, write one brief, send it to a real group and see who reads it. Upgrade when it earns its keep.
